1. Overview
Run Dem Labs LLC provides:

- Fractional CMO strategy sessions
- Hourly marketing consultancy calls
- Digital marketing training programs
- Downloadable digital tools and products
Due to the digital, intellectual, and time-based nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Consulting & Strategy Calls
Booking Policy
When you book a consulting or strategy session, you are reserving dedicated time and professional capacity.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- Cancellation is requested at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled session; and
- The cancellation request is submitted in writing and acknowledged by the Company.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued:
- Within 72 hours of the scheduled call
- If you fail to attend the session (no-show)
- During the session
- After the session has started
- After the session has been completed
Once the call begins, the service is considered delivered in full.
3. Digital Training Programs
All training programs, workshops, courses, and educational materials are considered digital products.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- Access credentials were never issued;
- No training materials were accessed;
- No sessions or classes were attended.
No Refunds After Access
If access has been granted or any portion of the training has been accessed, attended, or downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction after participation does not qualify for a refund.
4. Digital Products (Tools, Templates, Resources)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund request is reviewed and approved:
- Processing will begin within sixty (60) days of approval.
- We do not guarantee completion within a specific timeline due to the involvement of payment processors, financial institutions, and third-party service providers.
- Processing times may vary.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
6. Fees & Deductions
If a refund is approved:
- Payment processing fees
- Transaction fees
- Administrative handling costs
- Currency conversion fees
- Cross-border charges
will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for these deductions.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the matter.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent termination of access
- Denial of future services
- Recovery of administrative and legal costs
We reserve the right to provide documentation and service logs to financial institutions to contest disputes.
8. No Guarantees
Our services provide strategic guidance, consulting, and education.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific financial results
- Revenue increases
- Marketing performance outcomes
- Business growth
- Return on investment
All implementation decisions and execution remain your responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run Dem Labs LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Business interruption
- Loss of data or opportunity
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
11. International Clients
If you purchase from outside the UAE:
- You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
- Currency fluctuations and cross-border fees are your responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by international financial institutions.
